Refund & Cancellation Policy – Global Cash Summit™

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs all registrations, tickets, sponsorships, VIP upgrades, workshops, and Summit-related purchases for the Global Cash Summit™, operated by Bourne Global Enterprises Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”).

By confirming your registration, purchasing a VIP upgrade, workshop pass, sponsor placement, or affiliate promotion, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. General Summit Policy

All Summit registrations — including General Admission (Free), VIP Sessions, Visionary Labs, Workshops, Sponsorship Packages, Affiliate Partnerships, and Collaborative Agreements — are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

Due to immediate access to event correspondence, AI tools, community portals, interviews, and preparatory content, all Summit purchases are considered delivered at the time of registration and are final.

2. Summit Ticket Types & Refund Eligibility

If you cannot attend live sessions:
• You will have access to the replays (if included in your ticket tier).
• Failure to show up live does not qualify for a refund, credit, or transfer.

3. Workshops, VIP Labs, and High-Level Strategy Access

Visionary Labs, VIP Deep Dive Sessions, and Workshop experiences are recorded and available for replay to qualifying ticket holders.
There are no refunds for missed sessions, even if recordings are not used.

Workshop access is deemed delivered upon availability of the live session or replay, whichever occurs first.

All speaker placements, sponsor agreements, showcase opportunities, media features, and affiliate partnerships are final upon acceptance and payment.

There are no refunds for changes in the speaker lineup, schedule shifts, or branding placement modifications.

If the Summit is postponed due to force majeure, your sponsorship or speaker placement will automatically transfer to the new date and will not be refunded.

5. Affiliates, Promotional Partners, and VIP Upgrades

Purchases made through affiliate links or via special upgrade invitations are non-refundable.
Affiliate commissions are paid according to separate Affiliate Agreements and cannot be reversed once paid.

6. Technology & Platform Responsibility

It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure they have:
✔ A stable internet connection
✔ Appropriate access to Zoom, EventRaptor, Go High Level, WordPress portals, or other platforms
✔ A compatible device to view event sessions

Technology failures on your side do not qualify for refunds.
The event is considered delivered once live access or replay access is provided.

7. Payment Plans (if applicable)

If a payment plan is offered for VIP or Workshop enrollment:

• You agree to complete all scheduled payments
• Missed payments may result in removal from the program without refund
• Payment obligations remain non-cancelable once the plan begins

8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us is a violation of this Policy.
We reserve the right to suspend access, pursue collection, or take legal action to recover processing fees, legal costs, and damages.

9. Force Majeure — Postponement, Not Refund

If the Summit or any related event is postponed or delayed due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disaster, power grid collapse, platform outage, pandemic, or other force majeure), your registration will transfer to the next scheduled date, and no refund will be issued.

10. No Guarantee of Earnings or Results

Global Cash Summit™ delivers frameworks, strategy, and systems — not earnings guarantees.
Your results depend on your effort, business readiness, and implementation.
Refunds will not be granted based on expectations of revenue results or perceived non-performance.

11. Intellectual Property & Limited Use License

Your ticket grants you personal use only of provided materials.
You may not share, teach, or sell any frameworks, recordings, or strategic tools branded under:

Global Cash Summit™, Clients, Cash & Confidence™, Cash Architect™, Vox Virtus™, Bourne Global Enterprises Inc.

Unauthorized use may result in access termination and legal action — without refund.
