Terms & Conditions — Global Cash Summit™

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and participation in the Global Cash Summit™, including all MainStage sessions, VIP Strategy Library, Visionary Labs, Workshops, networking events, speaker interactions, replays, event portals, and all associated intellectual property whether live, recorded, delivered digitally, or through third-party platforms.

By registering, purchasing a ticket, submitting speaker or sponsor information, or accessing event materials, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Code of Ethics, Earnings Disclaimer, and Accessibility Statement.

Global Cash Summit™ is operated by Bourne Global Enterprises Inc., Markham, Canada.

1. Registration and Access

Ticket Types

• Free MainStage Ticket
• VIP Strategy Library Pass
• Visionary Lab & Workshop Access
• Speaker/Sponsor/Partner Registrations
All registrations are non-transferable unless pre-approved in writing.

Delivery of Access

Access to live events, replays, or content libraries is deemed fully delivered when login details, access links, or recordings are provided—regardless of whether they are used.

Participation Requirements

Participants are responsible for having:
✔ A stable internet connection
✔ A compatible device (Zoom, browser, EventRaptor, Go High Level, or portal access)
✔ Headphones and microphone (where applicable)
Failure to meet technical requirements does not qualify for a refund or reinstatement (see Refund Policy).

Speakers / Sponsors / Partners

By accepting a speaking or sponsorship role, you grant Bourne Global Enterprises Inc. the right to promote your participation using your name, title, photo, biography, brand, and recorded sessions—unless consent is withdrawn in writing, not retroactively.

Affiliate Participation

Affiliate links and performance commissions are tracked and paid according to separate Affiliate Agreements.
Affiliate purchases are non-refundable.

3. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

All Summit content—including recordings, slides, handouts, frameworks, worksheets, tools, methods, branding, and session footage—is the exclusive intellectual property of Bourne Global Enterprises Inc.

You are granted Personal-Use License Only, meaning you may not:
❌ Share content with non-ticket holders
❌ Re-teach, resell, translate, distribute, or license any content
❌ Use frameworks for your own commercial or training use without written permission

Misuse may result in removal from programs, termination of access, and legal enforcement—without refund.

4. Event Recordings, Photography, and Media Use

By participating in the Summit, you acknowledge and agree that:
• Sessions may be recorded or rebroadcast
• Your name, voice, video, or chat contributions may be visible to other attendees
• Screenshots, chat excerpts, or highlights may be used for educational or promotional purposes

You may request future exclusion by writing to info@bourneglobalenterprises.com, though previously published media cannot be removed.

Unauthorized recording, rebroadcast, or copying of Summit content is prohibited.

You consent to receive:
• Access links, event updates, reminders
• Visionary Lab invitations, VIP upgrade opportunities
• Post-event replays, strategic resources, or program invitations

You may unsubscribe at any time, though essential service updates (e.g., login instructions) will continue.

6. Payment, Refund, & Cancellation Terms

All payments made for Summit tickets, VIP upgrades, workshop enrollments, or speaker/sponsor packages are non-refundable and non-transferable, except in cases explicitly outlined in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

By submitting payment, you agree not to initiate a chargeback without first contacting info@bourneglobalenterprises.com for a resolution.

7. Technology Responsibility

Once access is granted (via email, link, login, or replay portal), your purchase is considered delivered. Bourne Global Enterprises Inc. is not responsible for:

• Internet or WiFi failure
• Browser incompatibility
• Device malfunctions
• Platform restrictions due to firewalls, corporate blocking, or security systems

Please test access links and platforms prior to the event.

8. Event Modifications

We reserve the right to modify:

• Speakers, topics, schedules, delivery format, or access dates
• Live versus replay-based content
• Pricing or event structure as needed to support the experience

Such modifications do not qualify for refunds or credits.

9. Force Majeure

If the Summit is postponed, delayed, or restructured due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, technology failures, global disruptions, platform shutdowns, speaker illness, etc.), the event will be rescheduled—not refunded.

10. Non-Disparagement Clause

You agree to resolve disputes privately through written communication, mediation, or arbitration—not via public posts, social media, or defamatory remarks.

Violation of this clause may result in legal action and removal from all programs and platforms—with no refund.

11. Legal & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and any disputes shall be handled via confidential mediation or arbitration in Ontario, Canada.
