At Bourne Global Enterprises Inc., including the Global Cash Summit™, Vox Virtus™, Arts Integra™, Vocal Mastery Intensive™, and Bourne Again Bariatric Global™, we are committed to upholding the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, confidentiality, inclusion, and transformational leadership.
This Code of Ethics outlines expectations for all faculty, speakers, sponsors, partners, participants, and community members engaging with Bourne Global Enterprises Inc. programs, services, and platforms.
1. Integrity & Authentic Representation
We act with honesty, transparency, and accuracy in communications, marketing, speaking, teaching, and all business practices.
We do not make false promises, misrepresent credentials, or exaggerate outcomes.
2. Confidentiality & Respect for Intellectual Property
We protect private, personal, and strategic information shared in coaching, consulting, group sessions, or interviews.
We respect and protect Bourne Global Enterprises Inc.’s proprietary methods, frameworks, content, recordings, tools, and process templates.
No participant, sponsor, or speaker may redistribute, resell, reverse-engineer, or teach proprietary content without written permission.
3. Financial Ethics & Fair Business Conduct
We provide transparent pricing, clear program descriptions, accurate payment terms, and compliant disclosures of affiliate or co-promotional partnerships.
We never pressure, manipulate, or exploit clients financially, emotionally, or educationally.
4. Respect, Inclusivity & Non-Discrimination
We maintain a respectful environment free from harassment, hate speech, bullying, discrimination, or exclusion.
We welcome individuals of all nationalities, identities, religions, ages, cultures, and abilities.
Violations will result in suspension or removal without refund.
5. Professional Conduct & Community Responsibility
We model respectful communication in all spaces—live sessions, chat threads, community groups, networking zones, Vox Virtus™ leadership challenges, and podcast interviews.
We resolve concerns privately, professionally, and constructively (see Non-Disparagement Clause in Terms & Conditions).
6. AI Use & Ethical Storytelling
We use AI systems to support communication, content, and visibility—not to impersonate others, fabricate results, or distort truth.
Before sharing any transformational stories, testimonials, voice content, personal tragedies, or case studies, written consent is required.
7. Speaker, Faculty & Partner Responsibility
Speakers, coaches, and faculty must:
- Accurately represent their qualifications
- Provide evidence-based or experience-based expertise
- Respect participant confidentiality
- Promote actionable, ethical, and responsible strategies
8. Responsible Transformation & Empowerment
We do not perpetuate unhealthy hustle culture, overwork, or emotionally harmful practices.
We encourage identity-led, values-based entrepreneurship, self-leadership, and responsible transformation.
9. Reporting Violations

10. Acceptance of This Code
Participation in any Bourne Global Enterprises Inc. program—including the Global Cash Summit—confirms agreement to this Code of Ethics.
