Important:

First time emails are often sent to promo, spam, or junk folders. To get your access link and future reminders, please check all folders to locate your welcome email sent from: [email protected] (forwarded to [email protected]) then add us to your safe email list by following these steps:

In Gmail:

- Drag the welcome email to the Primary tab at the top of your inbox.

- Click "Yes" when Gmail asks if you want to do this for future emails from this sender

Or:
- Click on the three dots in the top-right corner of the email.

- Select Add [sender] to contacts list.

In Outlook:

- Right-click on the welcome mail and select "Mark as not junk".

Or to add a sender to your safe senders list:

- Click the gear icon in the top-right corner and select View all Outlook settings.

- Go to Junk email under Mail.

- In the Safe senders and domains section, click Add.

- Enter the sender's email address and click Save.

In Yahoo Mail:

- Hover over the sender's name in the welcome email

- Click "Add to contacts."

In Apple Mail (iCloud)

- Click on the sender’s name in the welcome email and add it to your contacts by clicking "Add to Contacts" or "Add to VIP".
